Headquartered in New York City, Dozen Digital is a team of customer acquisition experts. We've worked with some of the most innovative companies in industries ranging from healthcare to personal finance to build scalable, repeatable systems that acquire customers online.
We are different from other marketing agencies in our focus on the intersection of marketing and technology. Whether we're building SEO campaigns with a deep understanding of recent search engine algorithm changes, implementing Facebook ad campaigns that are structured as formal scientific tests or using web analytics data to inform changes to user experience, our engagements frequently require both strong right brain and left brain sensibilities.

Jim has been a digital marketer for the past 6 years, helping over 40 startups and small businesses expand their online presence and convert visitors into customers. As a cofounder of online travel marketplace Roomorama.com, he oversaw user acquisition and analytics efforts, helping to grow the company into an internationally recognized brand with over 300,000 online accommodation listings around the world. As the founder of Dozen Digital, his goal is to help great teams get their products and services in front of the right audience, at the right time.
Deanna is a digital marketer with a background in architecture and design. She recently completed the digital marketing program at Startup Institute, NY. Prior to joining the Dozen Digital team, she taught architectural and design history at Syracuse University and New York University. She holds a Ph.D. and M.A. in Art History from the Institute of Fine Arts, New York University and a B.A. in Art History from McGill University.
Jamie is Dozen Digital's Designer in Residence. Jamie is a graphic designer with experience creating both digital and print-based design elements for a wide range of businesses. Among some of her recent clients are Estee Lauder, Brown Harris Stevens, Castle Rock Entertainment and VC firm Atlas Ventures. She has a creative background in film production, having worked on independent film and music video projects, with a focus on production design. Jamie is a graduate of Boston University's Graduate Film Program and Brown University's Undergraduate Neuroscience Department.
Kevin has experience as both an operator and an investor. He has worked with startups and venture capital investors, including Bain Capital Ventures, Scout Ventures, Thanx and BloomThat. Kevin spent six years at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, most recently in the strategic investments group. Kevin is a big supporter of Defy Ventures, an entrepreneurship training program for formerly incarcerated adults. He is a graduate of Columbia Business School and the University of Pennsylvania, where he played offensive line on the varsity football team.
Alec has a background in international relations and economics that fuels his passion for entrepreneurship and digital marketing. He recently finished Startup Institute’s technical marketing track, and he previously worked in lead generation at Skaled. He graduated magna cum laude from Georgetown with a B.S. in International Political Economy. When Alec is not running marketing campaigns, you can find him playing Ultimate Frisbee.
Prianca is a rising junior at New York University pursuing a major in Mathematics and a minor in Computer Science. She has experience at a variety of start-ups located in New York City and Silicon Valley and wants to further explore the power of numbers through the lens of digital marketing and data analysis.
